Planning for the Celebration of Life remains intact in spite of the sad news of Hampshire College's impending closure, later this year. Expect another email from HCSSiM in the next few days with more information. Below we share a Preliminary Schedule for, a request for volunteers to Share Memories at, and resources for folks to coordinate their travel plans to the

June 16 and June 17, 2026
1. Preliminary schedule.
June 16, PM, The Red Barn, Hampshire College campus
2:00pm-5:00pm ~ Sharing of Memories ~
6:00pm-8:00pm ~ Supper ~
8:00pm-10:00pm ~ Screening of Hunting Yellow Pigs ~
June 17, AM, Wildwood Cemetery
11:00am-1:00pm ~ Light Brunch and Bagpipes ~
2. Sharing of Memories.
We wish to invite all who wish to to Share a Memory about Kelly during the Sharing of Memories.
If and only if you plan to Share a Memory about Kelly during the Sharing of Memories, whether in person or virtually, please record your name here.
Recording your name (or not) is not a commitment: a rough idea of who and how many is simply helpful to us in organizing right now.
3. Logistical coordination.
Megan (River) Cutrofello YP'08 has graciously volunteered to create and manage a couple of resources for folks to coordinate travel logistics:
a. a Discord server ("easy to use", writes as a first-time user)
and
b. a spreadsheet

Use the spreadsheet to share information, who can offer a ride from where when to whose roommate, and other goings-on during unstructured time at the Celebration of Life. A list of local hotels can be found here. There are various events going on in the area during this time so booking early is advised.
